Kyle Bryant has been a Real Estate Agent since March of 2018 and a Firefighter since 2010. He grew up in West TN working for a successful family owned retail building supply store. Later, he ventured out on his own working with Fedex Express where he took on a leadership position as a Ramp Agent. Now, Kyle splits his time between being a firefighter with a local fire department and Century 21 Legacy.
Growing up in West Tn, Kyle learned the importance of customer service. Contractors expect there residential building orders to be accurate, on time, and without excuse. He was with the business from the beginning, hand delivering all residential building materials from concrete blocks, sheet rock, all the way through to millwork. By using a hands on approach, he learned a lot about the materials used in residential construction and the process of building a home. Not to mention, in his spare time, he builds projects around the house. He uses a computer aided drafting program to draw out his projects for precise measurements and a picture for accuracy. He’s built picnic tables, decks, farmhouse furniture, a king sized headboard with lights, too spice racks that he has sold to clients. He has a very good understanding of all aspects of residential homes and materials, along with attention to detail and precision is something that will correlate to you as a client.
While working as a Ramp Agent with Fedex Express at the airport, his leadership role was to lay out a plan for each nights work. Select employees for specific jobs based on their individual training, and give a motivational speech every night informing the group of the job ahead of us. By giving this directive for the night, he informed the entire group his plan and all information needed for the group to be successful. Aircraft schedules are extremely important and if an aircraft leaves or departs 5 minutes late that is the equivalent of you being late 1 hour for a doctor’s appointment. So, needless to say time is precious in this industry and Kyle’s experience led this team to an “Ace Internal Audit” for the first time in 8 years. Specific instructions, leadership, and the importance of your time is what Kyle plans on doing for each and every one of you.
Currently, Kyle is serving his community as a firefighter with a local fire department as well as a Realtor with Century 21 Legacy. Being a firefighter, Kyle has had the pleasure to help people on a different level than being in retail or customer service. Firefighters not only put out fires, they attend car wrecks, hazmat incidents as well as medical emergencies based on their specific training. Most of the time if you have a firefighter arrive at your doorstep it’s not exactly a good day. He has been a firefighter for 8 years and met people experiencing their worst. That’s where being a Realtor comes into play. Kyle has been there for people’s worst times, and he wants a balance by being your Realtor for the most exciting time of your life. Real Estate is exciting, and by providing hands on customer service, attention to detail, guided experience, leadership and knowledge of the industry, he wants to continue his desire for helping others. Not just the worst times but the best.
